Aurora was contracted by UCP Choice to carry out a number of power system studies for one of the first deployments of a TESLA Megapack, battery energy storage system within the UK. The site consisted of 3 new 2.5MW Megapacks, connected to the SSE system at 11kV, and Aurora were responsible for carrying out a P28 Study, reactive power flow (G99) study, protection coordination study, G5/4 Stage 2 harmonic study and an arc flash study.
