Grid-connected generation, storage and large industrial loads all have to prove they won’t degrade the quality of supply for everyone else on the network. We quantify harmonic distortion against ENA EREC G5/5, voltage steps and flicker against ENA EREC P28, and phase unbalance, comparing the site’s emissions with the headroom the network operator allows.
Where a study shows limits are at risk, we design the mitigation — harmonic filters, controller tuning or design changes — and re-run the assessment to confirm compliance. The output is the evidence pack the DNO or NESO needs to accept the connection, backed by models built in PowerFactory.
