Building Services

Modern buildings carry high demand, embedded generation and complex controls on tight programmes. We design and study the HV/LV systems for hospitals, campuses and commercial developments, ensuring everything is correctly specified and compliant.

Overview

Hospitals, university campuses and large commercial sites run complex HV/LV networks where continuity of supply is critical and the distribution has often grown organically over decades. We survey what’s there, model it accurately, and bring the protection and safety case up to date.

Our work here centres on load flow and fault studies, protection coordination — including closed-ring and differential schemes — and arc-flash assessment, usually starting with a site survey to establish a reliable baseline. The aim is a network the operator genuinely understands and can maintain safely.
