Aurora is pleased to announce one of its new projects – Windcare.  Aurora has been appointed by Windcare to carry out some additional studies for two new wind turbine projects they are developing.

The first site is Bwlychgwynt farm and consists of a single 900kW EWT turbine. Aurora have been tasked with carrying out an ENA-41-24 Earthing Study, a G5/4 Harmonics Study, a G74 short circuit study and a P28 transformer inrush study.

The second site is Perthigwynion farm and consists of a single 500kW EWT turbine. Aurora have been tasked with carrying out a G5/4 Harmonics Study, a G74 short circuit study and a P28 transformer inrush study.

We look forward to working with Windcare again, and hope to have the studies resolved quickly.
