Aurora Power Consulting is pleased to have been appointed by Farmwind, to undertake a P28 study for a transformer energisation, as part of a new 500kW wind turbine at Scot Proteins, in Aberdeenshire.

Farmwind contacted Aurora, requesting an urgent study to be undertaken as energisation of the wind turbine was due in the next few weeks. Recognising the urgency of this matter, Aurora prioritised the work and managed to turn around the P28 study in under a week. This was achieved using one of our standard templates reports and configurations in PSCAD, thus enabling both a rapid turnaround and a highly competitive price.
