Aurora is pleased to announce that the company has been appointed by Heidra to help develop all the electrical aspects of a new small hydro power scheme in Merrivale, UK as well as other potential future projects.

Auroras contract is to provide technical support on all aspects of the design, which initially began by providing guidance on the different starting methods for small induction generators, as well as the key information that would be required by the local DNO and G59 compliance.  Aurora then produced a conceptual Single Line Diagram outlining how the system would work electrically, to help begin the application process to the DNO.
