Aurora is pleased to announce that it has invested in the Digsilent Power Factory software package, in response to our customers needs and the requirements for the UK DNOs. While Aurora prefers to use ETAP for industrial plants, we recognise that Digsilent is better suited to the Transmission and Distribution sector and the renewable power industry, and therefore Aurora decided to invest in this package to broaden the range of services we can offer.

We think that the ETAP and Digsilent simulation packages complement each other well, and Aurora can now tailor our proposals to meet the specific needs of each customer and offer them the choice of simulation packages where appropriate.
