Aurora is pleased to announce that the company has been chosen by Kinwell to help coordinate the provision of a new electrical DNO connection to an existing stone yard and industrial complex.

The existing facility runs off a large diesel generator, and the provision of a new mains electrical supply should significantly help reduce costs and overheads, while improving reliability.

Aurora have been tasked with defining the overall power requirement for the existing site as well as planned future loads and further developments for the industrial site. As part of our report Aurora aim to identify the best connection approach (underground or overhead) and the overall strategy for supplying power around the site, as well as the best way for the work to be executed advise of any studies that may be required.
